Below is a "base" price for your home inspection. The price may increase with the home's age, location and if it has a pier and beam foundation.  Prices for additional inspection services are also listed on this page. The more inspection services you book, the more you save with Property Doctors!

Septic Inspection​

 

$350 or $250 w/ Home Inspection 

 

 

(Property Doctors does not pump, but we often set this up for our clients.

Pumping prices range from $400-$800. Sometimes pumping is paid for by the seller when negotiated)

Sprinkler System Inspection​

 

$30 - $80

Price will depend on the size of the system. This pricing is at the inspector's discretion. With home inspection only. 
Pool Inspection​

 

$250 or $150 w/ Home Inspection

Mold Inspection​

 

$450 or $350 w/ Home Inspection

This will include a visual inspection, moisture metering and 3 professional science laboratory tested samples.
Well Inspection​ / Lab Water Sample

 

$300 or $200 w/ Home Inspection

 

(This includes a visual equipment inspection and professional science laboratory water lab sample for e-coli, coliform and more. 

 

Rain Water Collection System Inspection​

 

$350 or $250 w/ home inspection

 

(This includes a visual equipment inspection and water lab sample for ecoli and coliform)

Termite (WDI) Inspection​s

​

VA loans will always require a WDI inspection. Termite inspections will be performed and invoiced by a separate termite company. We are happy to coordinate this for our clients as this is most common. They are typically around $100-$150.

$250 or $150 w/ Home Inspection
