Kerby started working in the construction field while still in high school, but his experience with home improvement projects goes back far before high school. He has had a lifelong passion for all types of home improvement and construction dating back to grade school. Kerby has over 17 years of commercial and residential construction and remodel experience consisting of framing, electrical, plumbing and finish carpentry.

In addition to his extensive background in construction, Kerby also has 8 years experience in the field of land development specializing in land entitlements and property analysis.

Kerby is now a full time inspector with the Property Doctors and it would be very, very hard to find a home inspector who has as much hands on construction experience as Kerby does.
